Return Conditions
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all packaging and accessories intact.
- The original invoice or order number must be included with the return request.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Return

- We will review your request and send you delivery instructions for the item.
- Once the item is inspected and confirmed to meet the conditions, the return or exchange will be processed.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, the amount is refunded using the same payment method within 3 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
